The box arrived clean and wasn’t smashed up or anything, which was nice. I was ready to complain if things looked rough, but everything inside was safe and looked fine. No real issues at all.

Checking out was easy in my experience. I liked that there were a few payment options, but I ended up just using my card and it went through without any issues. After I paid, the page took a moment to load, so I wasn’t totally sure if it worked at first. Then the order confirmation came through right after, so everything was fine. I ordered a few cute things and they all looked just like the photos and descriptions on the site. The sizing and colors were spot on too, which was such a nice little win. No weird surprises at all, just really happy with what I got.

They do have a lot of cute stuff, but some of the categories are a mess and kind of annoying to browse through. The tracking itself was kind of confusing. It seemed to sit on the same update for a few days, then all of a sudden it changed when the package was basically almost at my place.
